What is Computer ?

Computer is an electronic device which accept data input and process it then produce output. Computers also find, store and arrange the information on the instruction of  hardware and software programs.

What is Mouse ?

Mouse is pointing device that control computer screen cursor's and user to move and select folders, text, files and icons etc. of computers. Mouse have two buttons and have wheel between the buttons. 

What is CPU (Central Processing Unit) ?

CPU is the brain of computer which consists ALU (Arithmetic Logic Unit), control units, and various registers. 

What is Printer ?

It is kind of output device which is used to print any data and information on the paper, received by computer. It may print black and white as well as colourfull documents.

What is Modem ?

A modem is device  that enables a computer to transmit data over telephones lines. It store information digitally and convert the data analog data to digital data through a modem.

What is Input Devices ?

Input device is an hardware device that send data to a computer and controls it. Examples -  keyboard, mouse, joystick, light pen etc.

What is Output Devices ?

Output device is part of computer hardware which converts the information into human readable forms. Examples - Monitor, printer, speakers etc.

What is Hardware ?

Hardware is a physical element of computer it also called the machinery or the equipment of the computer.  Example - keyboard, mouse, and CPU etc.

What is Software ?

Computer Applications

Software is a set of programs that operate the computer system and make the hardware run. These operations and instruction come from a software developer.

What is Operating System ?

Operating System is a system software that facilitates various hardware components to works together. An operating system is a group of programs. Some operating system are MS- Dos, Linux, Windows etc.

What is Computer Virus ?

Computer virus

Computer virus is a malicious programs written to alter the way a computer operates, without permission or knowledge of the user.

A virus attach to a program or files and then copies itself.

What is Computer Networking or Network ?

When computers may located different location, organization and these computers are connected with each other by wired or wireless, this type of Networking is called Computer Network.

What is Network Topology ?

When computers are connect with different methods in a network so that data can be shared between them, it is called network topology.

What is Internet ?

Internet 

The Internet is a huge networks of computers which links many different types of computers all over the world. 

What is FTP (File Transfer Protocol) ?

The FTP is service that allows to user to move a file from one computer to another computer on the Internet.

What is WWW (World Wide Web) ?

It is also called W3 which is most popular of accessing the Internet. The main reason for its popularity is the use of a concept called hypertext.

What is Server ?

Server are the fastest computers to run different software or programs and store the information to provide a human interface.

What is Website ?

Website is group of webpage which provide link to each other which could be in different pages.
